Will my credit/debit card be charged once I order a product?

Yes, your charge will be processed immediately. It may initially appear as an authorization on your account and then, once accepted, appear as a charge on your statement.

Do you design print-on-demand shirts, mugs and more?

Yes, we're doing that. You can request a completely new design from us or modify the available designs in the shop according to your wishes. You can also request a change in font, quote, image or other requests or send us the available design. We print and ship according to your wishes.

What happens if I enter the wrong address?

If you have provided us with an incorrect address and the shipment has not been sent, please send us an email. We will then change it to the correct address when it has been shipped. It is not our responsibility to reship the item with your new address, so please make sure to enter your correct address when placing your order!

Faulty item received

If you receive a faulty item, simply send us a picture of it along with your order number. If the items delivered to you are defective or withered after the first wash, we will send you a free return. You don't have to send it back to us. All we need is a picture of the faulty item.
